We start with your objective, audience, and constraints. No spec work, no decks-for-the-sake-of-decks.

Creative direction, moodboards, renderings. We show you the room before a nail is driven.

Fabricate

Shop drawings, material sourcing, custom build in our NYC fabrication shop.

Are you an event planning company?

No. We are an event production, design, and custom fabrication studio. Event planners coordinate vendors and logistics; we create the experience itself — from concept through build. If you need a planner, we can recommend trusted partners.

Do you work with in-house creative teams?

Yes. About half our engagements are partnerships with a brand's internal team or AOR. We come in at the production phase and translate creative direction into built reality.

What size budget does GEO typically work with?

Our productions generally start at $75K for smaller activations and range into $1M+ for flagship events and brand launches. If your scope is under $50K, we're probably not the right fit.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Ideal lead time is 10–16 weeks for a custom-fabricated production. We have delivered in 4 weeks for urgent launches, but custom builds benefit from planning runway.

Do you travel outside NYC?

Yes. Our shop is NYC but we regularly produce in Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, and nationally.

Do you handle catering, florals, or entertainment?

We don't deliver those services ourselves, but we manage trusted partners when your event needs them. Our lane is the built environment and production craft.

Can you build to our existing creative?

Often yes. Send us renderings or references and we'll scope the fabrication path. We do not value-engineer creative without a conversation — craft is the point.
