Architecture for Moments That Disappear

We are GEO Events — a New York City design and production studio that builds environments for the moments brands and people care about most.

Our Story

GEO Events was founded on a simple observation: the most memorable experiences in life happen inside environments that were designed to create them. Not decorated. Not themed. Designed — with the same intention, material intelligence, and spatial rigor that defines great architecture.

We began as a small team of designers and fabricators in New York City, building environments for brands and private clients who demanded more than what the conventional event industry could offer. Over time, that practice grew into a full-service experiential design and production studio — one that unifies creative strategy, architectural design, scenic fabrication, and technical production under a single roof.

Today, GEO Events designs and produces brand activations, product launches, corporate summits, luxury galas, and private celebrations for clients who understand that the environment is the experience. Our architects, fabricators, lighting designers, and producers work as one studio — because the built environment does not recognize departmental boundaries, and neither do we.

We are based in New York City. We build in our own shop. And we believe that temporary architecture — environments designed for hours or days, not decades — deserves the same craft, precision, and intentionality as anything permanent.

Philosophy

Design is the work. We are not an agency that outsources fabrication. We are not a fabrication shop that outsources design. Our designers and builders share the same studio, the same standards, and the same obsession with getting the details right. When the render leaves our screen and enters our shop, nothing gets lost in translation.

Craft is non-negotiable. We build with the material intelligence and finishing standard of museum-quality fabrication — because the audience may only experience the environment for one evening, but that evening should feel like it was always there.

Restraint is a design decision. We do not decorate rooms. We construct environments within them — and the difference is discipline. Every element earns its place. Every surface has a reason. Every sightline is composed. The spaces that feel the most effortless are the ones that were most carefully considered.

The Future of Live Experience

To define the standard for experiential design by proving that temporary architecture — environments built for hours, not decades — deserves the same craft, intention, and material intelligence as anything permanent.

Precision, Craft, Integrity

Ethical sourcing and sustainable practice. Invisible logistics and visible craft. Human-centered design that serves the people in the room, not the camera pointed at it.
