    Common Questions

    Before We Speak

What is your minimum project size?

    add

We typically engage on projects with production budgets starting at $75,000. This ensures the scope allows for the design depth, fabrication quality, and production standard that defines our work. For smaller-scale projects with compelling creative ambition, we are open to conversation.

How far in advance should we reach out?

    add

For most projects, 6 to 12 weeks of lead time allows for proper concept development, design approval, fabrication, and production planning. Large-scale environments and multi-venue programs benefit from 4 to 6 months. That said, our in-house fabrication capability allows us to execute on compressed timelines when the moment demands it.

Do you work outside of New York City?

    add

Yes. Our design and fabrication studio is based in New York City, but we produce events nationwide and internationally. Scenic elements and environments are built in our NYC shop, crated, and shipped to any destination — accompanied by our installation and production team.

Do you work with agencies or directly with brands?

    add

Both. We partner with creative agencies, brand consultancies, and PR firms as their design and production arm. We also work directly with brand marketing teams and private clients who want a single partner accountable for the entire experience.

What information should I include in my initial inquiry?

    add

The more context, the better our initial response. Helpful details include: event type, approximate guest count, venue (if selected), target date, budget range, and any creative references or mood imagery. If you are early in the process and do not have all of these, that is perfectly fine — we are experienced at developing scope from a conversation.
