Roivant Sciences is known for innovation, so their holiday celebration had to be anything but traditional. While the internal team handled the logistics and catering, Geo Events was tasked with the visual and structural metamorphosis of the New York Public Library. Our mission was to respect the architectural heritage of the venue while layering in cutting-edge, immersive design elements that would transport guests the moment they stepped inside.
Our team served as the primary production and design arm for the evening. We delivered a comprehensive suite of experiential elements, including:
Custom Furniture & Lounges: Bespoke seating arrangements curated to match the specific aesthetic of each “environment.”
