Our team was tasked with the full conceptual design, technical production, and seamless execution of the event.
The challenge was to take a familiar local setting and completely obscure its boundaries, transporting members to a remote, sun-drenched destination. By focusing on sensory details—from the visual depth of LED video walls to the tactile nature of custom-fabricated furniture—we curated an atmosphere that felt less like a party and more like a high-stakes voyage. Every element was designed to evoke the serenity and exclusivity of a private island getaway.

The Yacht Activation: The centerpiece of the event was a custom-fabricated replica of a luxury yacht’s stern. This wasn’t a flat backdrop; it featured dual real-staircase access and a functional lounging deck.
Integrated Tech: To create the “moving” effect, we installed a high-definition LED video wall behind the yacht structure, looping bespoke footage of horizon-line water and shifting skies.
Bespoke Architecture: We engineered custom cabanas using structural trussing wrapped in authentic brown rope, blending industrial safety with organic tropical aesthetics.
Custom Overhead Installations: To manage the summer heat while maintaining the “island” aesthetic, we designed and installed custom ceiling treatments that provided shade without sacrificing the open-air feel.
